BRIEF OVERVIEW[]
SouthPeak is an oligarchy founded by the four close friends Drag0n_Fire, ItzMatthieu, Ibagzk, and GabbySimon. Together they ruled as the four members of the High Council, a council of elite members all specializing in different fields of study and specialty. Shortly after it's founding the nation rose from a measly 4 members to five times that in just two weeks. Fast growing, the land is ever expanding and is on a fast track to gaining 100 chunks of claimed land.
HISTORY[]
First started on June 3rd, 2023 SouthPeak's humble beginnings were in a hidden cave, unclaimed and unprotected. It wasn't until a few days later that the other three members of the high council joined Drag0n in his hermit hole. Drag0n an avid builder (and not much of anything else) had chosen the spot not only due to its prime location on the world boarder, but also due to the fact that the mountain was the perfect place for him to build an imposing castle. The silly little Drag0n got started on the castle right away, meanwhile the rest of the council toiled away with getting starter gear and other helpful items. By the time that Drag0n realized there was going to be a colossal amount of blocks required for the build, the rest of the council was in full diamond armor and had started on extensive infrastructure.
Soon members started popping up one by one. Unlike most traditional nations, SouthPeak gained members by following a system of freind recommendations. Every member of SouthPeak has known at least one other member from before they joined the server. This methodology allowed for SouthPeak to keep a close knit team of friends who all know each other very well, and enjoy each other's company.
At the current moment SouthPeak has started its expansion project into a booming town, despite the fact that Drag0n has still not finished the castle that was started 3 weeks prior. Regardless, SouthPeak is one nation that is growing fast, and shows great promise!
LOCATION[]

SouthPeak boasts an impressive foothold at the center of the Southern Hemisphere and holds plenty of influence in the Southwest.
To the West of SouthPeak is protected by dangerous snowy mountains, between the terrain and powdered snow, it makes an excellent natural defense.
To the East of SouthPeak is an open natural harbor and river / tributary system which allows for easy travel and trade.
To the South of SouthPeak stands the formidable World Border, another (maybe less natural) defense

To the North of SouthPeak is a long trek that eventually leads to Spawn. It is one of the most inefficient and unsafe ways to get to Spawn.
