NorthStar, originally known as ULA, is the oldest official nation in Santoria, having been created only a few weeks after the launch of the server. The current nation is a combination of the original (and declining) ULA and the recently-created unofficial nation Northstar. NS is a moderately powerful nation, and is especially strong economically and politically, being one of the founding members of the ACT aliiance.

True to its name, NorthStar is primarily located in the northern region of Santoria, but it currently contains several lands spread out across the server in various locations: Altai Shan, IceCrown, Demonstrat, Hillbilly, and Kraken's Call in the north, Victoria, BIGRAT, and Smallrat in the center, Eclipsis and Vorata in the west, Oasis in the east, and Redmane, Ironspire and Ironstadt in the south.

The Kingdom of Victoria
Description: We, Victoria are a peaceful land just south of the center of the continent named atlas. Based on an artificial island created by its citizens, we seek to build a beautifully city. A space where players can come to relax, preform trade peacefully with both Victoria and/or other players, make friends and generally enjoy their time in atlas. Giving its central location on the map, makes it the ideal location for anyone to access from throughout the map. But we need help to make our city better.

NorthStar is a constitutional monarchy. The nation is ruled by its King, MrCheese08, who is assisted by his second-in-command, the High regent Mangy. NorthStar also has a Round Table that serves as a parliament, consisting of land leaders (Governors) and ministry leaders (Ministers).
Ministries[]
NorthStar has seven ministries that serve as branches of its government:
- The Ministry of Finance, led by IceTsunami1, deals with monetary issues and keeps the nation's economy afloat.
- The Ministry of National and International Projects, led by Mangy, handles projects undertaken by NorthStar and its citizens.
- Its subsidiary, the Ministry of Resource Management, is led by Archi_techtural and focuses on collection and storing natural resources.
- The Ministry of Defense Resources is part of Resource Management. Led by NightFire5, it covers military resources.
- The Ministry of Defense, led by I_Hass, is NorthStar's military.
- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, led by Recneps, handles diplomatic relations and general interactions with other nations.
- The Ministry of Internal Affairs, led by Headofitall, controls issues relating to the state and its members.
