Imperium was first established as a Nation. The Land by the same name, which is still around to this day is located on the North-West side of Atlas and right next to the Tower. The Nation of Imperium engaged in a war against the Nation Ragnarök, which Imperium subsequently lost and died. The only remaining Part of the Nation are a couple of Ruins scattered around the North-West Region and the Land Imperium.
The Land of Imperium after joining Ragnarök flourished under the rule of Gmaster2 and DaMineyCraftKen. The Land is a political power to be reckoned with, not only helping Ragnarök during the Rag-Gump war but also ensuring political alliances and treaties. Not only is the Land Imperium full of riches but also has a very active player base. The leadership of the Land Imperium was then later given to the player Kkummi, under whose rule Imperium is continuing to flourish.
